摘　　要：从卓越企业的管理文化出发,提出国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设,需要通过关注文化革新、明晰价值追求、提炼办学特色的文化提升过程,引领示范校建设,以适应学校高位发展需要,实现从优秀到卓越的跨越。From the excellent management of the enterprise culture,put forward： the development of national reform of secondary vocational education demonstration school construction,through attention to cultural innovation,the value of the pursuit of clarity,the cultural school characteristics to enhance the extraction process,leading the demonstration school building to meet the development needs of high school,achieve a leap from good to great.
