摘　　要：本文研究按教学计划和招生计划进行教学编制分解的办法 ,通过建立数学模型 ,得到各类教学编制的简明计算公式 .该模型可用于师资队伍的宏观管理和预测 ,易于实现教学编制的计算机管理 .This paper discusses the method to decompose the teaching staff according to the teaching and enroll meat plan.By establishing a mathematical model,a concise calculating formula for all kinds of teaching staff is obtained,it is easy to realize the computerized management of staff.This model may be used for the macro management and forecast.
