医学英语术语词汇在我国语言环境中的变化和特点

摘　　要：医学英语术语词汇有其固有的构成形式和特点。由于受到语种因素的影响和局限，医学英语词汇在我国语言环境运用中有时不得不做出相应的调整、变化，以适应汉语的语言特点，符合汉语的语言习惯。同时，语境也是引起医学英语术语词汇在汉语中产生某些变化和适应现象的一个重要因素。语境因素的影响主要体现在语言语境、情景语境和文化语境等三个方面。Based on the word-formation of Medical English terms, this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of their transformation and adaptation in Chinese language and culture. Three major factors are discussed for the application and diversification of medical English terms, including the language family in translation, linguistic context, situational context and cultural context.
