“乡村教育运动三杰”农村职业教育思想探析

摘　　要：晏阳初、梁漱溟和卢作孚是我国乡村教育运动的杰出代表。乡村教育运动旨在从教育农民着手以改进乡村生活和推进乡村建设。农村职业教育作为乡村教育运动的重要组成部分,是其实施的一种具体形式。三位教育家在探索中总结出来的关于专业设置、教育形式、教育目标等宝贵经验对我国现阶段"新农村"建设具有现实意义,即知识分子广泛系统地组织农村职业教育,重视精神培养,围绕农民现代化生产生活设置专业。Yan Yangchu,Liang Shuming and Lu Zuofu are three outstanding represents of the rural education movement. The campaign aims to educate farmers to improve rural life and promote the rural comtruction. Rural vocational education is an integral part of rural sports ed- ucation and also a specific form of exercise. The precious experience about specialty set-ring,education form,education target and so on drawn by these three educators is full of significance to our ＂new rural＂ construction.Namely,intellectuals should organize rural vocational education systematically and comprehensively ,ideological cultivation should be emphasized and specialties should be set according to modem life and manufacture in rural areas.
