摘  要:根据生态位原理,生态取向教师学习内容的层级设计是满足不同类别、不同层级教师需求的多样性设计,是促使教师学习、工作与生活融合一体的持续性设计,是促使教师同伴互助共生发展的互动性设计,是源于教师生命发展需要、提升教师幸福感的生命化设计。生态取向的教师学习应该以教师发展的层级理论为依据,视其发展层级,为其可持续发展设计层级学习内容框架。According to the niche theory, the hierarehical design of teachers' learning content of ecological orientation is the diverse design to meet the needs of different classes and levels of teachers, which is not only the sustainahle design to promote the integration of teachers' learning, work and life, the interactive design to promote common development of the teachers of mutual companion, hut also the life design resulted from the needs of the intergrowth of teachers' development and the enhancement of teachers' sense of happiness. Teachers' learning of ecological orientation should be based on the theory of the hierarchy of teachers' development, and the framework of the level of learning contents should be designed according to the level of teachers' development, and catered for the teachers' sustainable development.
