摘　　要：校企合作是提升高等职业院校内涵的核心力量,校企文化融通具有内在必然性,形成企业形态的高职院校文化,是推动高职院校与企业的可持续性合作的根本动力。企业形态的高职院校文化的内涵和特征集中在其办学理念、内部管理体系、服务意识与行为、自主创新等四个方面表现出来。培植企业形态高职院校文化的主要途径包括:传承行业文化,升华高职院校文化;构建校企合作新机制,凝结校企共同使命与追求;在人才培养过程中丰富和完善企业形态的高职院校文化;打造适应市场需求的专业化精干队伍,内化企业形态高职院校文化;重构内部能动体系,激发企业形态高职院校文化的内驱力。School-enterprise cooperation is the core force to activate and promote the internal development of vocational higher education institutions. Cultural integration between vocational institutions and enterprises has its own intrinsic necessity. The formation of this integration is a fundamental driving force for sustainable mutual cooperation. Entrepreneur-inspired culture of vocational higher education focuses on four aspects including educational vision and mission, internal management system, service awareness and behavior, as well as independent innovation. The main routes of cultivating this culture emphasize the following： inheriting entrepreneur culture to elevate vocational education culture, constructing new mechanisms for mutual cooperation and common pursuit, enriching and improving the culture of vocational higher institutions along with talent training, creating a professional team that meets market demands, and reconstructing internal motivation to promote the culture of vocational higher education institutions with entrepreneur patterns.
