摘　　要：实践教学体系是由实践教学活动各要素构成的有机整体,具体包括实践教学活动的目标、内容、管理和质量保障等要素。目前高职实践教学中存在实践创新能力目标不突出、与企业需求联系不够紧密、教师实践教学能力不高等问题。改进实践教学,需注重学生创新能力的培养,强化项目教学,加强生产性实训,并着力提升教师实践教学能力。Practical teaching system is an organic whole which is composed of all elements of practical teaching activities such as objective,content,management and quality assurance,etc..Existing problems in current practical teaching of higher vocational education are that the objective of practical innovation ability is less prominent,the linkage with enterprise demand is undertighten,teachers＇ ablities of practical teaching is not high,and so on.Improving practical teaching should pay attention to cultivate students＇ innovation ability,strengthen project teaching,enhance productive training and try to promote teachers＇ ability of practical teaching.
