摘　　要：为提高纳米坐标测量机的测量效率,降低因测头切换频繁引起的设备故障率,设计了一个具有测头测量信号/观察信号切换并能够实时显示测量信号电压值的装置。该装置主要以C8051F单片机为核心,通过A/D转换芯片和液晶显示模块实现信号电压值的显示功能,同时通过多路选通开关实现信号切换功能。试验表明,该装置的电压示值与输入电压的标准值之间的偏差为0.005 V,并且切换操作简便、准确安全,可以很好地实现显示和切换功能。In order to enhance the measuring efficiency of the nano measuring coordinate machine and reduce the fault rate of the equipment because of frequently switching of the measuring probes,the device that can switching the measured signal and the observed signal,and displaying the voltage value of the measured signal is designed.The device mainly consists of the single chip computer C8051F as the core,and the A/D conversion chip and LCD module to implement the function of displaying the voltage value,and via multiple channels gate switch to switch the signals.The experiments show that the deviation between the displayed voltage of this device and the standard input voltage is less than 0.005V,the switching operation is simple,precise and safety,the device is able to well implement display and switching functions.
