摘　　要：高职教育是一种不同于普通高等教育的教育类型,其学校文化的建设有着自己独特的内涵、特征和规律。高职学校文化的建设要体现职业教育的特点,注重体现职业性、专业性,显现校企合作、产学结合特色;通过科学而系统的规划引导高职学校文化建设,打造学校文化品牌,从而提升学校竞争力。Higher vocational education is different from higher education, the school building has a unique cultural connotations, characteristics and laws. The professional institutes school cultural development of vocational education should be embodied, reflects the importance of professional and technical cooperation, and appears schools and enterprises cooperation features; through scientific and system of planning guide professorship school construction build schools, school cultural brand promotion of competitiveness.
