摘 要:目的:比较不同地区本科护生评判性思维能力的差异,为进一步探讨本科护生评判性思维能力的影响因素提供依据。方法:采用中文版评判性思维情感倾向问卷,对本科护生(2005级~2008级)进行问卷调查。结果:南疆、北疆、内地汉族本科护生的评判性思维能力的平均得分别是(268.92±23.43)分,(287.49±25.37)分,(288.04±29.26)分。其中寻求真相得分小于40分,而分析能力和求知欲这两个维度的得分均大于40分。南疆护生与北疆和内地护生相比评判性思维能力总分有统计学差异(P<0.01)。在各维度方面,南疆与北疆汉族护生在寻求真相、思想开放、分析能力等方面有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且北疆得分高于南疆。南疆与内地护生相比较,在分析能力和认知成熟度方面有统计学差异(P<0.05),且内地得分高于南疆。南北疆维吾尔族本科护生评判性思维能力总分和各维度得分方面均无统计学差异。结论:不同地区护生评判性思维能力不同。经济发展水平和文化背景均与护生评判性思维能力有关。Objective:To explore the difference of critical thinking in undergraduate nursing students in different regions in order to provide the basis for the impact of factors.Methods:Undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2005 to 2008 were investigated with the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CCT-DI).Results:The score of critical thinking disposition of undergraduate nursing students of Han in the Southern,northern Xinjiang,mainland was(268.92±23.43,287.49±25.37,288.04±29.26).The search for the truth less than 40,but the analytical ability and thirst for knowledge of the scores of these two dimensions were greater than 40.There was statistically significant in total score of critical thinking in Southern and northern Xinjiang and Southern mainland(P〈0.01).It is also have statistically significant in the search for truth,open-minded,analytical ability between Southern and northern Xinjiang(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The scores of northern Xinjiang were higher than the Southern.The analysis ability and cognitive maturity have a significant difference between Southern Xinjiang and mainland(P〈0.05).The scores of mainland were higher than the Southern.Southern and northern Xinjiang Uygur undergraduate nursing students critical thinking scores and the dimension scores have no statistical difference.Conclusions:Different regions′ nursing students have differences critical thinking,which may be closely to The condition of the culture and the level of economic development.
