摘 要:低速磁浮列车通过竖曲线时电磁铁与轨道不再平行,如果曲线半径较小,采用常用的计算方法计算此时的电磁力将产生较大的误差,难以满足动力学建模和悬浮控制器设计的要求。基于磁通管法推导了电磁铁位于竖曲线时电磁悬浮力的解析式,并对解析式进行适当的简化和拟合,用Ansoft有限元仿真软件对磁场进行数值计算,仿真结果表明,基于磁通管法得到的电磁力更接近有限元计算结果,验证了解析式的正确性,解析式能为悬浮控制系统的设计提供更准确的设计参数。The levitation electromagnet is not parallel to the rail when the low-speed maglev train is on a vertical curve.There will be greater error in the electromagnetic force calculation if the radius of curve is small,which will be a hindrance to the dynamical modeling and control system design.The electromagnetic levitation force supplied by suspension electromagnet on a vertical curve was deduced based on the flux tube method.Suitable simplification and fitting was applied to the expression.The electromagnetic force had been computed based on finite element method(FEM).The simulation results show that the calculation of electromagnetic force based on flux tube method is approaching to results given by the FEM,so that the validity and accuracy of the expression is proved.More accurate model and parameters for the design of levitation system can be provided by the simplified expression.
