摘 要:为提高自卸汽车侧开式密封装置的整体性能,利用机械系统动力学软件ADAMS建立了自卸汽车密封装置的参数化虚拟样机模型。采用OPTDES非线性二次规划算法,以自卸汽车密封装置主动摆杆驱动力矩最小为优化目标,对平行四杆机构中各构件铰接点进行优化计算。优化结果表明,优化后的密封装置主动摆杆驱动力矩减小,相对优化前减少21.4%。与传统设计方法相比,采用虚拟样机优化设计方法,可提高自卸汽车侧开式密封装置的工作性能,缩短生产周期,降低制造成本。The main design points of the dump truck side open seal device were parameterized and its mechanical system were built using the mechanical system dynamics software of ADAMS for the improved performance. The locations of revolute joints on the parallel four-bar mechanism were optimized with the minimum of the maximal driving torque of the swing bar as the optimization goal, by using the non-linear sequential quadratic programming method of OPTDES. The optimization results indicated that the maximal driving torque of the swing bar reduced, with the reduction of 21.4% . By contrast with traditional optimization methods, the introduction of the virtual prototype technology had sharply improved the capability and reduced the cost of the side open seal device.
