摘  要:校际均衡发展的公平指向具有教育自身的逻辑,这一逻辑的起点是人性。从人性和教育系统两种视角进行考察,得出区域内校际均衡的公平逻辑,在于"基本"资源配置的完全均等和差异性均衡的有机结合。在对阻碍校际均衡发展的三个偏颇进行辨析的基础上,提出校际均衡发展的路径:首先要实现所有学校在基本办学标准上资源配置的完全均等,同时要创建富有个性的特色学校,促进儿童个性的充分、自由、和谐发展,还要对薄弱学校和处境不利儿童进行一定的教育补偿。The equality in balanced development between schools has its own logic in education,and the logical starting point is human nature.From two perspectives of human nature and the education system to inspect and to obtain a fair logic of the balance between regional schools,is based on the equality of resource allocation and balanced combination of differences.Based on the analysis of the three prejudices that hinder the balanced development between schools,let's put forward the solutions: First,to achieve basic school standards in all schools on equal allocation of resources to complete,in the mean time,to create a school full of personality characteristics for the fully development of children's personality with freedom and harmony,and also to compensate for the weak schools and disadvantaged children on education.
