摘　　要：迁移试验是评价食品接触材料卫生安全性能的一个重要指标。从食品分类及对应食品模拟物、食品模拟物选择和迁移试验条件(时间和温度)入手,深入分析了我国和欧盟食品接触材料检测标准中迁移试验方法的差异,阐述了各方法的优缺点,并对我国食品接触材料相关标准修订和制定提出了建议。Migration test is important to evaluation ot tood contact material saiety, The difference between me type and selection principle of food simulant, along with test conditions （time and temperature） in our country and European Union were analyzed. The advantages/disadvantages of the relevant methods were discussed. Suggestions were put forward on revising and drafting of the standards relevant to food contact material.
