规范原发性肝癌临床理论课程设计的体会

摘  要:在原发性肝癌临床理论课程设计中,规范了教师在授课之前应从教学内容、教学对象和教学过程三个方面进行认真细致的备课。从教学目的和要求、教学难点分析及对策、教学方法或手段、学科新进展及参考资料等环节撰写切实可行的教案。通过运用启发式教学方法提高学生学习的积极性;结合典型病例调动学生主动的思维能力;借助多媒体增强教学效果。最终实现使医学生在有限的时间内按照教学大纲的要求,正确理解和掌握原发性肝癌的临床表现、诊断要点;全面了解原发性肝癌早期诊断的重要性、必须与哪些疾病鉴别以及与病毒性肝炎的关系等等。In curriculum design of primary liver cancer clinical theory,before the teaching, teachers should prepare lessons meticulously from three aspects including teaching content, teaching objects, and teaching process. According to purpose and requirements of teaching, teaching difficult analysis and strategies, teaching methods or means, new progress and reference, teachers write practical lesson plans. It improves learning enthusiasm of students through heuristic teaching methods; it combines typical cases to initiate active thinking ability of students and to strengthen teaching effect by multiple media. Finally, it realizes that medical students correctly understand and master the clinical manifestation and diagnosis key points of primary liver cancer in limit time according to the requirement of teaching outline; the paper comprehensively discusses the important of early period diagnosis of primary liver cancer, differential with which diseases and the relationship with viral hepatitis and so on.
