摘　　要：分析目前影响计算机专业免费师范生教育培养的主要因素,论述师生交流在教学中的重要作用,提出以"坚持以学为本、注重师生交流"的教学模式。初步实践表明,该教学模式能够有效提高计算机专业"算法设计与分析"课程的教学效果。In this paper,we analysis the factors of impact the computer free-charge normal school students＇ education and discuss the important role of teacher-student interaction in teaching.Then,we propose a new teaching pattern which used ＇adhere to the student-centered learning,focus on teacher-student interaction＇ as the teaching philosophy.Initial practice shows that the teaching patterns can significantly improve the teaching effect of the Algorithm Design and Analysis course for computer free-charge normal school students study.
