摘　　要：人才培养、科学研究、服务社会是高等学校的3大职能。通过阐述科研管理激励机制的概念与内涵,列举国际上主要激励理论及其代表人物,探讨科研管理的激励方式,构建高职院校科研管理激励机制。Higher vocational colleges possess three functions,i.e.talent training,scientific research and social service.Through elaborating the concept and connotation of incentive mechanism of scientific research management and illustrating the main incentive theories and representatives internationally,this paper discusses some commonly used incentive methods in order to construct the incentive mechanism of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges.
