摘　　要：近年来,中学生心理健康教育的成效不甚理想,究其原因,一是没有准确把握青少年自我同一性发展的内在规律,二是没有充分认识和接纳当代中学生所面临的时代特点。心理健康教育应以促进青少年自我同一性探索与发展为主要任务,教育内容和手段适合时代特点,并将心理健康教育定位于个性发展与社会共性发展的有机整合。In recent years,the effectiveness of mental health education has not good effect,one reason is that it does not accurately grasp the development of young people within the law of self-identity,and second,not fully understanding and acceptance of con-temporary high school students facing the era.Mental health education should be to promote the exploration and development of youth self-identity as the main task of educational content and tools for its era,and mental health education targeted at the common personality development and social development of organic integration.
