本科护理专业英语课程教学改革的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨以NCLEX-RN考题为导向,开展护理专业英语课程教学的效果。方法对2008级35名本科涉外护理专业学生采取以NCLEX-RN考题为导向的护理专业英语教学,对34名学生采用常规教学,在课程结束后比较两组学生护理专业英语考试成绩及在课堂上回答问题的踊跃性和正确率。结果试验组学生专业英语成绩及课程回答问题的正确率均高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论以NCLEX-RN考题为导向的护理专业英语教学,有利于培养学生学习专业英语的兴趣,可提高学生综合运用专业英语能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of teaching method based on NCLEX-RN questions in Professional Nursing English course. Methods In the teaching of Professional Nursing English,35 undergraduate nursing students enrolling in 2008 received the teaching method based on NCLEX-RN questions,while the other 34 undergraduate nursing students enrolling in 2008 received traditional teaching method. The course performance and accuracy of responding the questions in the class were compared between the two groups. Results The course performance and accuracy of responding the questions in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The teaching method based on NCLEX-RN questions can stimulate nursing students＇ study interest and improve their comprehensive competence of professional nursing English.
