摘　　要：城乡统筹背景下教育行政绩效包含综合发展绩效、职能绩效和结果绩效。准确核算行政绩效,评价地方教育行政组织的行政能力,是各地区统筹城乡教育发展的动力。本文主要探讨行政投入与产出绩效评估中的问题并提出政策建议。The administrative performance of overall urban rural education development contains comprehensive perfor- mance, functional performance and result performance. Direct calculation of administrative performance is diffieuh. In the pa- per, the problems and countermeasures of performance measurement of input and output are discussed respectively and sugges- tions are given.
