摘  要:目的建立小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰定量测定方法。方法取2.5g样品置于25mL具塞比色管中,加5.0mL甲醇、2.5mL碘化钾溶液、5.0mL LHJ增溶剂,混合定容至25.0mL,离心,取上清液过0.22μm滤膜,取10μL滤液进高效液相色谱仪测定。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+乙酸铵(5+95)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,波长230nm,紫外线检测器。结果过氧化苯甲酰在0.002mg/mL~0.100mg/mL呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9 999,加标回收率在90.6%~102%之间,精密度为0.83%~9.50%,最低检出限为0.00 015g/Kg。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好、精密度高,使用新型增溶剂LHJ测定结果稳定,具有很好的实用价值和推广前景。Objective Establish a method of quantitative determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour.Method Taking 2.5g samples placed in 25ml colorimetric tube with stopper,before adding 5.0mL methanol,2.5mL KI solution and 5.0mL LHJ solubilizer to sample.After constant volume to 25.0mL and centrifuging,the supernatant was filtered with 0.22 μm filtering membrane and the 10μL filtrate were used for HPLC analysis.The C18 chromatographic column and the mobile phase of mixture of methanol and ammonium acetate(5+95) were used for the separation,flow rate of 1.0mL / min,column temperature 30℃,230nm wavelength UV detector.Results A good linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of benzoyl peroxide was obtained in the range of 0.001 mg / mL ~ 0.100mg / mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the recovery rate was in the range of 90.6%~102%,precision was in 0.83%~9.50%,the detection limit was 0.00015g/Kg.Conclusions the method was simple and accurate with high recovery rate and good precision.Using the novel LHJ solubilizer in sample preparation,determination results was stable with the very good practical value and promotion prospects.
