摘  要:高职院校特色体现在核心特色、外显特色和场域特色三个层次。与这三个层次相呼应,高职院校特色建设由内而外包括三大战略类型:文化战略、CI战略和整合传播战略;文化战略是通过愿景管理凝聚共同的假设、信念和价值观,打造学习型组织;CI战略是帮助学校从理念、行为与视觉上树立个性形象,建设外显特色;整合传播战略是组合各种传播方法的综合计划,以最大化地彰显学校特色。The characteristics of higher vocational schools mainly embodies in three levels of core features,explicit features and field features.In accordance with the three levels,the strategic combination systems of features construction of higher vocational school include three kinds of strategy which are culture,CI and integrated communication strategies.Cultural strategy is to refine common assumption,faith and values and shape learning organization through will management;CI strategy is to help school establish good image in the aspects of view,behavior and vision to build explicit features;integrated communication strategy indicates the comprehensive plan of organizing various transmission methods to manifest the school-running features in maximum degree.
