摘  要:本文应用FISH 技术,对6 例用G显带法不能确诊的染色体异常病例进行了研究。实验中对常规技术的染色体DNA 变性处理温度、时间及杂交信号放大步骤中的几个重要环节进行了改进,使杂交信号的强度及清晰度都有了明显提高,并通过用双重探针同步杂交法,对染色体微小片段的异常作出了确切的诊断。In this article, six cases chromosomal aberration patients who can not be definitely diagnosed by G-banding have been studied by using fluorescence in situ gybridization(FISH).In this experiment,chromosomal DNA denaturation temperature time several key link of the procedure that hybridization signal was enlarged have been improved compared with conventional method.The strength and clarity of hybridizatiion signal have been obriously raised. Moreover,by using double probe synchronizing hybridization the chromosomal minute structure aberration has been definitely diagnosed.
