摘　　要：深入探讨义务教育中教师绩效工资方案出台的背景意义,对于回顾梳理我国义务教育的发展思路,分析其产生的影响,展望其未来前景,具有重要意义,它有助于全面解析义务教育发展路径中的各种利弊,健全义务教育发展模式。It has great significance to deeply explore the context meaning of introducing teacher performance pay schemes in compulsory education,analysis of their impact and looking forward to the future prospects of compulsory education.At the same time,it contributes to a comprehensive analysis of compulsory education pros and cons of various development paths and improve the development model of compulsory education in the future.
