刺槐花超临界CO_2萃取物在卷烟中的作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]制备和鉴定刺槐(Robinia pseudoacaciaLinn.)花萃取物,研究其在卷烟中的应用效果。[方法]利用超临界CO2萃取刺槐花,萃取物得率为2.16%,通过GC-MS对刺槐花超临界CO2萃取物进行分析鉴定,鉴定出12种化学成分。对刺槐花超临界CO2萃取物在参比卷烟中的作用进行了感官评价。[结果]刺槐花超临界CO2萃取物在掩盖杂气、增加透发性和降低刺激方面有较大作用。[结论]刺槐花萃取物在卷烟中具有良好的开发、应用前景。[Objective]The research aimed to prepare and identify the extract of flower of R.pseudoacacia Linn.,and study its application effects in cigarette.[Method]The flower of R.pseudoacacia Linn.was extracted by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide with the yield of 2.16%.12 volatile components of extract of flower of R.pseudoacacia Linn.were identified with GC/MS.The extract was added into cigarettes to assess its usability.[Result]The results showed that the extract of flowers of R.pseudoacacia Linn.could reduce offensive odor,make smoke thoroughly and decrease irritation.[Conclusion]The extract of flower of R.pseudoacacia Linn.has good development and application prospect in cigarette.
