摘　　要："道德成本"原理为当前伦理学界所热议,它在当下的伦理学领域出现有着各方面的背景和原因。"道德成本"原理是社会主义市场经济对道德建设的客观要求,是马克思主义伦理学关于道德本质的当代体现,是对传统的道德理论和道德建设的实践反思,是对社会主义道德建设实践经验的理论概括。因此,"道德成本"原理对于丰富和发展伦理学理论,对于当前的社会道德建设等都有着积极的理论与实践意义。＂Ethical cost＂ theories are hc;t issues in present study of ethics. Their births have a whole variety of reasons and backgrounds. ＂Ethical cost＂ represents a demand of socialist market economy on moral development. It is a contemporary embodiment of Marxist ethics on the essence of morality. It serves as a reflective thinking of the traditional practice in ethical theories and ethical construction, and is going to be a theoretical generalization of socialist ethical construction experiences and socialist ethical theories. Therefore, ＂moral cost＂ ＂has both theoretical and practical significance in present socialist moral development.
