摘　　要：近年来,教师工作生活质量问题的研究大致经历了孕育、发展、深化三个阶段,研究内容包括教师工作生活质量内涵、内容结构与评价指标、影响因素、现状调查与改进策略等诸多方面。研究虽然取得一些成果,但也存在不足之处,今后研究应进一步厘清基本概念,拓宽研究视域,构建科学评价体系,加强本土化研究。In recent years,the research on the teachers＇ quality of work life has gone through birth,development and deepening stages.The research topics have involved its meaning,structure and evaluation,impact factor,investigation and improvement strategies and so on.The research has yielded some results,but there are still some shortcomings.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the basic concepts,broaden the research horizon,build the scientific evaluation system,and strengthen the localization research.
