摘 要:目的探讨提高临床护理带教质量的教学模式。方法选择2008年7月至2010年6月在我院内科实习的全日制护理实习生共133名作为研究对象,按年度分为试验组65名和对照组68名,试验组采用"学生病区"的带教模式进行临床教学,对照组采用常规的"一对一"带教模式进行临床教学。结果试验组的理论知识及综合技能的个案考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);患者对试验组学生的满意度亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展"学生病区"的教学模式比传统的"一对一"带教模式更有优势,能有效提高临床护理带教质量。Objective To reform clinical nursing teaching mode in internal medicine wards in order to improve clinical teaching quality.Methods Totally 65 nursing interns in internal medicine wards from July 2009 to June 2010 were considered as the experimental group,and they received the new teaching mode of "student ward";68 nursing interns in internal medicine wards from July 2008 to June 2009 were considered as the control group,and they received routine one-to-one teaching mode.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and case analysis of comprehensive abilities than the control group(P0.05).The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusions The new teaching mode of "student ward" is superior to routine teaching mode,and it can improve clinical teaching quality.
