摘　　要：我国的个性教育逐渐走向强调尊重人和人性,除了强调尊重差异性以外,更为重视人的主体性,在目标方面强调以培养个性和谐全面发展的人。近些年来我国幼儿园的个性教育从理论走向了实践,然而在实施个性教育的过程中也遇到了教师的观念与行为脱节、幼儿主体地位缺失等一系列的问题。The present individualized education tend to be respecting the individual and the humanity,especially to lay emphasis on the subjectivity besides on the children＇s diversity.Great attention has been paid on the chiildren＇s overal and harmonious development.In recent years,individualized education has been implemented in the kindergartens in China,but there exist some problems as teachers＇ ideas cannot match their practice and the children＇s subjectivity cannot be assured.
