新建地方本科院校学科建设与发展的思考——以宜春学院成功申硕为例

摘　　要：对于一所新建地方本科院校来说,"申硕"不仅是社会经济发展的紧迫要求,而且是新建地方本科院校学科建设达到一定程度后必然的内在要求,"硕士点"的取得与否成为衡量其学科建设成效的核心指标。申硕工作是一项巨大的系统工程,它检验的是学校长期的建设成果和积累。同时,审硕也给新建地方本科院校以启迪:必须始终坚持和发挥学科建设在学校各项建设中的龙头地位和作用;必须在学科建设中优先发展一批基础雄厚、在省内外有自身特色、有一定影响力的学科专业;必须下大力气,提高学校的科研水平和科技创新能力,注重走"产学研"相结合之路,有力服务地方经济社会建设。It is universally recognized that the establishment of the postgraduate programs for master degree satisfies the urgent require- ments of the rapid development of social economy and also manifests the achievements of the disciplinary construction and development of a newly - built local university. Based on this recognition and after a few years of great efforts, Yichun University got permission to establish the postgraduate program for professional master degree in 2011. This article gives a brief introduction to the process of application for the professional master degree, shows the great position and importance of the disciplinary construction in the development of a university, and puts forward some relevant suggestions and strategies for a successful university.
