摘 要:采用三维影像测量的方法采集优秀运动员和一般运动员抓举技术的运动学数据。通过对比分析后发现:优秀运动员"人/杠"重心间的距离明显要比一般运动员小;优秀运动员能够较好的维持"人/杠"重心在支撑面范围内;优秀运动员在提拉杠铃时能够表现出较大运动速度和拉力。认为这三个方面的特征可以作为在训练实践中评价运动员抓举技术优劣的重要依据。The study,depending on the 3d image measurement method,collects the kinematical data of the outstanding snatchers and the average ones in order to quantitatively understand the technical characteristics of excellent snatchers.Comparative analysis reveals that: The distance between the center of gravity of excellent athletes' "people/bar" is obviously smaller than that of the average ones;Excellent athletes can maintain the center of gravity of "people/bar" better and keep it within the range of the bearing surface;Outstanding athletes can show bigger movement speed and tension when lifting the barbells.So it can be believed that these three aspects can be refered to as the important evidence to evaluate the athlete's snatch techniques.
