摘　　要：采用X-5大孔吸附树脂对牛蒡色素进行了吸附性能的研究。对影响吸附的因素：pH值、吸附时间、温度、样液流速、样液质量浓度等进行了考察。最终得出树脂的最佳吸附条件为：吸附时间11 h、温度39℃、pH 3、样液流速1.5 mL/min、样液质量浓度1.4 g/L。Studies on the burdock pigment with X-5 macroporous adsorption resins.The adsorption conditions such as pH,adsorption time,temperature,samples velocity and samples concentration were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions of adsorption were adsorption time 11 h,action temperature 39 ℃,optimal pH-value 3,samples velocity 1.5 mL/min,samples concentration 1.4g/L.
