摘  要:通过6种不同处理方式制取天麻提取物,用HPLC测定各种提取方法中提取物中的天麻素含量,并在灰树花发酵体系中添加天麻提取物,研究天麻提取物对灰树花细胞生长和多糖生物合成的影响。结果表明,6组天麻提取物中的天麻素含量不同,其中第6组天麻提取物添加浓度在5%(V/V)时能显著促进灰树花的菌体生长、胞外多糖(EPS)和胞内多糖(IPS)的生物合成(P<0.05),并对天麻提取物发酵前后的物质变化做了初步的HPLC图比较。The Gastrodia elata BL.extracts were obtained with six different processing methods,which were added into the fermentation system of Grifola frondosa,and the gastrodia contents in different Gastrodia elata BL.extracts were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the gastrodia contents were different in different Gastrodia elata BL.extracts.Moreover,among them the Gastrodia elata BL.extracts from the No.6 method,which contained 5%(V/V)in a medium,could promote the biomass growth,extracellular polysaccharide(EPS) and intracellular polysaccharide(IPS) biosynthesis of Grifola frondosa significantly(P0.05),and the HPLC for Gastrodia elata BL.extracts before and after fermentation were compared preliminarily.
