摘　　要：人口老龄化对我国职业教育提出了新的需求,职业院校要紧密结合时代背景加强老年学类的职业教育专业建设,建立和完善适应社会需求的涉老职业培训体系,加强并促进涉老职业教育研究。The issue of aging of the population is putting forward new demands for China＇s vocational education. Vocational schools should firstly enhance the professional construction of the aged vocational education combining with background of the age tightly;then they should establish and improve the aged vocational training system, which can meet the social needs;at last,they should strengthen and promote the scientific research on aged vocational education.
