摘　　要：为研究燃油经济性对出行者路径选择的影响,将燃油消耗、行程时间及其可靠性的线性加权和定义为广义出行费用,以饱和度为参数建立了路网单元燃油消耗模型并量化燃油消耗出行费用.分别以BPR函数及HCM2000延误公式量化路段行程时间及交叉口延误,以二者可靠性量化行程时间及延误波动的相应费用建立了基于广义出行费用的随机用户平衡分配模型.通过在小型测试路网上进行计算分析表明:基于广义出行费用的交通分配模型能够较好地反映考虑燃油经济性的出行者路径选择行为;出行费用权系数对出行者路径选择行为影响显著,考虑燃油经济性的路径选择行为可有效减少路网燃油消耗,可达9%左右.To study the impact of fuel economy on route choice,the function of generalized travel cost was defined as the weighted sum of fuel consumption,travel time,and travel time reliability.The road network units fuel consumption models based on traffic saturation were established to quantify the fuel consumption cost index.The bureau of Public Roads（BPR） function and delay model in Highway Capacity Manual 2000（HCM2000） were respectively used to quantify the link travel time and intersection delay.The reliability was introduced to quantify the corresponding cost due to fluctuation of travel time and delay.Moreover,the stochastic user equilibrium assignment model was formulated on the assumption of minimization of generalized travel cost.A small test road network as a numerical case was designed to demonstrate the practicality of the proposed model.The results show that the traffic assignment model based on the generalized travel cost may well reflect the route choice activity considering fuel consumption.The weighted coefficients have a conspicuous impact on route choice.The route choice based on fuel economy may decrease the road network fuel consumption by about 9%.
