摘  要:高水平的教学团队建设是教育部本科教学质量与教学改革工程的重要内容之一。文章主要介绍信号检测、处理及实现系列课程教学团队建设思路,以学生为中心,注重学习产出,将课堂教学、创新实践和科学研究有机结合,建立健全的运行机制,使之在教学改革中发挥积极有效的作用,促进团队成员的综合素质的提高,保证人才培养的质量。Construction of outstanding teaching teams is one of the important content of implementing the undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform required by the Ministry of Education. This paper introduces the ideas about how to construct the teaching team based on the curriculum group of signal measurement, processing and implementation. The teaching team should focus on the students, and emphasize the learning outcomes as well as the integration of the class teaching, the creative practice and the scientific research. An operating mechanism is also developed. The teaching team which plays a positive role in teaching reform, enhances the comprehensive ability of the group members and guarantees the quality of talent cultivation.
