摘　　要：阳极焙烧系统是一个具有耦合、大时滞、非线性的控制系统,其中排烟架是阳极焙烧系统的重要组成部分。针对系统存在的滞后及时变问题,该文采用稳态、动态性能较好的复合模糊控制器对其进行控制。通过仿真及运行的结果可以表明,复合模糊控制效果明显优于传统的PID控制,提高了控制系统的稳定性和鲁棒性。Anode baking system is a control system which has cross-coupling, time-delay and nonlinear. Exhaust ramp is the important part in anode baking system in order to overcome the large time-delay and time-varying, The hybrid controller is proposed which combines the advantages of better stable and dynamic performances. The simulation and practice control results show that the hybrid controller better control precision and robust properties than the tradition PID control system and is efficient and effective.
