摘 要:随着知识经济时代的来临,知识资本已成为组织的重要资源,因而许多组织不断探索如何保持其核心知识与提高员工相互学习效率的策略。实践社群作为一种以知识为基础的社会结构,与知识管理存在本质上的联系,其能有效支持知识分享和组织学习,进而让组织知识管理的成效更加显著。目前实践社群成为知识管理中一个新兴的研究热点。论文首先阐述了实践社群的概念和涵义以及发展的动力机制,接着从知识分享、知识创造、组织学习的角度总结和探讨实践社群中知识管理的问题,并且将其与著名的SECI模型进行融合,探讨建立卓越的实践社群推动组织知识管理的对策。Along with the arrival of the knowledge economy,intellectual capital has become a major resource of enterprises.Many enterprises had the interest in establishing the culture and mechanism of knowledge share to maintain the core knowledge and accelerate the development of new employees join the situation.Communities of practice,an informal organization to create sharing culture,can make more effective knowledge management.Therefore,the research on communities of practice becomes more and more popular,yet it is scared in domestic related research.Because of the absence of a clear understanding of the concept of communities of practice,even not knowing how to reinforce the effect of knowledge management,the results of introducing communities of practice have been less than their expectation.Firstly,this paper explained the meaning of the concept and the driving mechanisms for the development of communities of practice.Then we discuss and summarize the knowledge management in the communities of practice from the aspects of knowledge sharing,knowledge creation,organizational learning.In addition,we combine the famous SECI model with communities of practice to study the countermeasures of how to build up excellent communities of practice in organizational knowledge management.
