论教育机会平等的应然机制与实现路径——以新农村建设中的教育公平为言说语境

摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,是贯彻落实科学发展观的重大举措。在建设社会主义新农村的过程中,实现教育公平乃是建设社会主义新农村,推进和谐农村建设的重要手段。而当前在农村推进教育公平的过程中,机会平等问题显得尤为凸出,甚至可以说教育机会平等问题正凸显为制约新农村建设的瓶颈。立足农村教育实际,通过从不同的视域中来把握机会平等的内涵及其价值基础和应然取向,进而才能在将机会平等的应然理念诉诸农村教育机会平等的落实过程中既推进农村教育平等的落实又体现出这一理念的实践性、历史性乃至科学性。The construction of socialism new countryside is the major move to implement the scientific clevelopment concept. The realization of fair education is the important way to construct new socialist countryside and harmonious rural. In the process of promoting educational equity in the country, the problem of equal opportunity emerges and becomes the bottleneck to the construction of new rural. Based on the practice of rural education, we illustrate the connotation, value basis and orientation of opportunity equality from different perspective, and then suggest possible ways to achieve the rural educational equality
