摘　　要：推行双证沟通的教育制度,符合开放教育的发展需要,有利于开放教育培养出适应知识经济时代的高素质劳动者和实用人才。双证教育的推行是一项任重道远的工作,实施部门必须要转变观念,采取有力措施,改革课程教学结构,加强师资队伍建设,加大基础设施及其它实训条件建设。It is in line with the development of open education and conducive to nurturing high quality talents to make up the workforce serving the knowledge economy era to implement the dual system accepting academic certificates as well as professional ones.Such is a daunting mission demanding the functional sections to: 1) innovate their awareness;2) adopt appropriate measures;3) reform curriculum structure;4) enhance the strengths of teachers;and 5) improve infrastructure constructions and other practice conditions.
