摘  要:进入21世纪,在全国广泛开展社会主义新农村建设的背景下,温岭市教育局结合农村经济社会发展的时代要求,以温岭市农村教育的科学、超前、均衡、个性与品质发展作为新农村建设的重要策略,开展了"新农村教育"理论与实践研究。以温岭市新农村教育的改革与实践为基础,在均衡普惠、公平开放、个性自主、健康快乐、民主多元、优质品位、和谐自然的阳光教育理念的引领下,形成了具有鲜明区域特色的农村教育目标体系、制度系统、政策框架和运作机制,全面提升了区域教育的整体品质,实现了新农村教育与新农村建设的协同发展,不仅构建了区域推进新农村教育的改革框架和理论系统,积累了丰富的行动案例与实践经验,提供了具有时代特征和辐射力的新农村教育改革的完整范例。In the background of constructing the new socialist countryside in the 21st century across our country, Wenling Bureau of Education has launched the theory and practice research of "new countryside education", which combines the requirements of rural economic and social development, and takes the scientific, advanced, balanced, personaLized and quality-oriented development as the significant strategies. Based on the reform and practice of the new countryside education of Wenling City, guided by the ideas of brilliant education as balanced progress and shared benefits,, fair and open, individuality and independence, health and happiness, democracy and mihi-element, superior quality and high grade, harmonious and spontaneous, the research has formed a new education system with clear objectives system, institutional system, policy framework and working mechanism, which has greatly improved the regi.nal education quality and enhanced the collaborative development of regional countryside construction. The achievement of the research has not only established the reform framework and theory system of promoting the regional new countryside educational reform, but also accumulated abundant practical cases and experiences, which can be regarded as the complete model of the reform of new countryside education with the characteristics of times and great influence.
