摘 要:通过调查分析发现,初中数学、语文和英语三门课程总体课堂教学有效性状况较好,但仍存在学习内容难易度失衡、学生自主学习积极性欠佳、教师个别化指导不足等教学问题;同时,不同年级、学科以及城乡间教学有效性差异显著。对此,我们要引导教师确立科学的有效教学观念,通过实施差异发展教学、加强学习指导等途径,提高初中课堂教学有效性。Through the investigation and analysis, we find that the effectiveness of mathematics, Chinese and English in junior middle school is satisfactory, but there are still some problems in teaching, that is, learning content is imbalanced; the enthusiasm for independent study isn't high; the effectiveness among different grades, different disciplines and different places is quite differentiated. Therefore, we should guide teachers to establish scientific and effective teaching concept, implement the differences development teaching, and strengthen the way of study in order to develoo teaching effectiveness in iunior middle school.
