摘  要:目的:探讨入科教育在口腔颌面外科临床教学中的重要作用。方法:制订专科入科教育培训方案,在实习生进入口腔颌面外科前3 d便开始按教案内容进行培训和教育实践。结果:通过问卷调查证实入科教育是必要的、重要的,实习生出科时理论、操作、综合素质考核成绩均较以往得到明显提高。结论:规范入科教育能使实习生对口腔颌面外科环境的熟悉并尽快进入实习角色,有利于提高临床教学质量。Objective To investigate the importance of department-entrance education in the clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods Professional training scheme of department-entrance education was fabricated and then conducted strictly three days before interns entering the department.Results The questionnaires confirmed the necessity and importance of department-entrance education.The examination scorings of professional theory, clinical practice and comprehensive abilities were all improved apparently at department exit. Conclusion Normative department-entrance education could enable the interns fast and more familiar with the working environment of oral and maxillofacial surgery and transformed them to the internship roles,which would benefit improving clinical teaching quality.
