试论地方高校教师能力素质发展体系的构建

摘　　要：本文运用美国社会心理学家、哈佛大学教授戴维.麦克米兰关于能力素质的模型理论,从我国地方高校发展战略出发,结合学校特色发展及应用型人才培养工作要求,分析、确定了地方高校教师的能力素质,建立了不同层次岗位教师能力素质模型。文中提出了构建由校园文化倡导、设置绩效目标、制定评估标准、搭建培养平台"四环节"有机结合的教师能力素质发展体系的建议,并通过分层次、多元化、多模式的培养平台为教师发展提供支持。This article attempts to define the ＂competency＂ of teachers in local college and thus construct, following social psychologist David＇s theory, a teachers＇ competency model, in accordance with the developmental strategy and training requirement for teachers in the local college. Then it proposes suggestions of constructing a teachers＇ development system to help increase their ability and quality. These conclude advocating campus culture, setting performance goal, formulating evaluation criteria, and building training platform. Overall, all this is intended for supporting teachers＇ professional development by setting up a hierarchical, diversified, multi-mode training platform.
