摘  要:目的探讨岗前培训的有效方法,提高培训效果。方法应用提问式与情境模拟相结合教学方法对2009年7月至2011年7月新入职无工作经验的75名护士进行岗前培训,培训后随机抽取56名考核人员的理论及实践成绩与2005年至2008年应用常规教学方法培训考核后的56名护士成绩进行比较;并应用自制评估量表对新教学方法进行评价。结果两组在成绩比较上有明显统计学意义,P<0.000;学生及护士对新教学方法评价良好。结论可以将新教学方法应用于新毕业护士岗前培训中。Objective:To study the effective methods about nurse pre-job training,To improve the training effect.Methods:Apply the question profile and scene teaching to train 75 nurses who just graduated from school and without work experience during July of 2009 to July of 2011.At last,comparing the results of the theory and clinical practice abilities of 56 nurses who were appointed at 2005-2008 and were appointed at 2009-2011 ;Estimated the new teaching method using the evaluation scale madding by ourselves.Result:the results of two groups have evident statistical significance,P0.000;The students and nurses gave a high opinion to the new teaching method.Conclusions:The new teaching method can be used in pre-job training to new nurse.[Key wods] Question profile teaching,Scene teaching,Pre-job Training,new nurse;Clinical practical abilities.
