摘 要:目的探索一种基于护士工作过程的用药护理实训模式。方法在护理专业2009级101名学生(试验组)中实行用药护理"药房-急诊室-护士站"的实训模式,在护理专业2008级97名学生(对照组)中实施传统的实验教学模式。比较两组学生用药护理的知识与技能掌握情况,并对试验组学生和带教教师进行问卷调查。结果试验组学生考核成绩平均分和优秀率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组中,90%以上的学生和94%以上的带教教师认可"三站式"实训模式,认为其能营造职业氛围,激发学习兴趣,提升多重职业技能。结论 "三站式"实训模式能有效接轨护理岗位需求,提高学习兴趣和教学效果,是一种较好的用药护理实训模式。Objective To explore a new task-oriented training model in drug nursing among vocational nursing students.Methods The task-oriented "pharmacy room-emergency room-nurse station" training model was applied in the teaching of drug nursing among 101 vocational nursing students enrolling in 2009 as experimental group,and the traditional experimental teaching model was applied in the teaching of drug nursing among 97 vocational nursing students enrolling in 2008 as control group.The students'knowledge and skills in medication administration were compared between the two groups.Meanwhile,the students and the teachers in the experimental group were investigated about their appraisal on the training model with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The average score and excellent rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01).More than 90 percent students in the experiment group and 94 percent of the teachers approved the training model,and they thought that task-oriented"three spots" training model could help to build professional atmosphere,stimulate learning interest,and promote vocational skills.Conclusions The task-oriented "three spots" training model can effectively meet the requirements of nursing tasks,enhance nursing students'learning interest,and improve teaching effect.The new training model is a valuable teaching pattern in drug nursing.
