试论高职校园文化中的校友文化建设途径

摘　　要：总结我国高职院校校友文化建设的现状,从构建和谐平安校园的高度,探讨高职院校校友文化建设的途径、方法和规律,将校友文化渗透到校园文化建设中,丰富校园文化的内容和多样性;在实践的基础上,提出要积极营造"母校关怀校友,校友热爱母校,相互支持,共同发展"的校友文化氛围,为构建和谐校园和高职院校的全面、协调和可持续发展做出贡献。By summing up the current situation of alumni culture in higher vocational colleges,from the height of building a harmonious peaceful campus,the means,methods and laws of the alumni cultural construction are discussed.The alumni cultural infiltration into the construction of campus culture,which makes campus culture rich in content and diversity;on the base of practice,the paper proposes to actively create a cultural atmosphere of ＂Alma mater＂ caring for alumni,and alumni loving his alma mater,as well as mutual support and common development in order to build a harmonious campus and make it comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.
