道德教育中制度供给过剩及其补救路径

摘　　要：道德教育呼唤良性的制度供给。制度供给的泛化与异化,僭越了道德本真,侵蚀了道德教育的魅力与活力,已成为当前道德教育持续纵深推进的顽疾。纠正制度供给过剩,使制度供给成为道德及道德教育发展的秩序环境和体制保障,需强化制度供给的道德属性,提升制度文明建设的水准;完善利益协调和监督机制,不断铲除制度性腐败滋生蔓延的土壤;按照道德需求变更制度,与时俱进地推进制度创新。Moral education calls for a healthier system supply. Generalization and alienation of the supply system arrogate the originally true of moral, and erode the charm and vitality of moral education. So this has be-come a refractory disease preventing moral education from its ongoing development in depth. To redress the excess system supply, and make it be a healthier environment of order and system guaranteeing the developmentof moral and moral education, it is necessary to strengthen the moral property of the supply system, upgrade the system level of civilization ; improve coordination and monitoring mechanisms of interest, continue to eradi-cate the soil for institutional corruption; and, in accordance with the moral demand, to change the system, and promote institutional innovation.
