摘　　要：重点介绍了利用定点突变技术对脂肪酶及酯酶性质的改造,包括酶的稳定性,活性,最适温度,最适作用pH以及对映选择性。综述了理性设计在脂肪酶及酯酶改造中的应用现状、存在问题以及前景。This paper focused on the engineering of lipase and esterase using site-directed mutagenesis, which can improve the stability, catalytic activity, optimal temperature, optimal pH and enantioselectivity of enzyme. The application status, problems and prospects of rational design in the engineering of lipase and esterase were reviewed
