语音清晰度不同测试方法的比较研究

摘  要:目的考察对听障儿童进行语音清晰度评估时,在减少测试人员的情况下。能否得到可信的清晰度结果。方法选择新乡市聋儿语训中心30名3.5~7岁的听障儿童,用《听力障碍儿童语言能力评估标准及方法》中的三级人员清晰度测试法对他们进行语音清晰度测试,计算出标准清晰度测试值;将第三级测试人员的测试结果去掉,计算出“去3清晰度测试值”;将第二级测试人员的测试结果去掉,计算出“去2清晰度测试值”。采用SPSS16.0将“去3清晰度测试值”“去2清晰度测试值”分别与标准清晰度测试值进行比较分析。结果“去3清晰度测试值”“去2清晰度测试值”与标准清晰度测试值相比,均有极显著性差异(P〈0.001)。结论语音清晰度测试应严格按照标准测试方法进行,去掉任何一级人员的测试方法都是不可取的。Objective To study if the reliable speech intelligibility data of hearing-impaired children can be obtained in a situation where staff numbers are reduced. Methods Thirty hearing-impaired children of 3.5-7 years old in the Xinxiang speech training center received the speech intelligibility test administered by the testers of 3 levels according to the "Speech Ability Assessment Criteria and Methods for Hearing-impaired Children". The standard intelligibility value was calculated. Then, the results of testers at level 3 were removed and the value was calculated without these data. The results of testers at level 2 were excluded and another value was obtained. The SPSS 16.0 software was used to compare the two values with the standard value respectively. Results There was a very significant difference between the value excluding level.3 data and the standard value(P〈0.001) and also the value excluding level 2 data and the standard value (P〈 0.001). Conclusion Speech intelligibility tests should be strictly conducted in accordance with the standard method. It is not desirable if any level of the testers are removed.
